摘要
目的探讨住院军队伤病员的管理方法,为实施有效管理提供科学依据。方法从病区管理的角度入手,运用护理程序的模式,实施军队伤病员全程护理管理。结果运行3年多来病区伤病员无违纪违规现象,伤病员满意率为98.9%。结论运用护理程序实施住院军队伤病员管理是一条简单易行、行之有效的管理方法。
Objective To explore the nursing management of hospitalized military patients so as to provide evidence for scientific nursing management. Methods According to the ward management system, we carried out the all-time management in hospitalized military patients with the model of nursing procedure. Results For 3 years there has been no patients violating the rules and regulation;98. 9% of the patients was satisfactory with our service. Conclusion The model of nursing procedure management is a simple and ef- fective in managing hospitalized military patients.
