摘要
目的:研究姜油中的化学成分。方法:利用薄层层析,硅胶柱层析进行分离和纯化,并用波谱学方法进行结构鉴定。结果:从中分离并鉴定了5个化合物,分别为二十八烷(Ⅰ)、三十烷(Ⅱ)、十六烷酸甘油酯(Ⅲ)、β-香树脂醇乙酸酯(Ⅳ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅴ)。结论:该研究得到的5个化合物均为首次从姜油中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the oiles of Zingiber. officinale Rosec. Methods: Compounds were isolated by using silical gel column chromatography and their determined by spectral datas. Results:5 compounds were isolated and indentified. They were octacosane ( Ⅰ ), triacontane ( Ⅱ ), 1 - O - hexadecanolenin ( Ⅲ ), β - Amyrin acetate (Ⅳ) and β - sitosterol ( Ⅴ ). Conclusion : 5 compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.
