摘要
目的:研究姜油中的化学成分。方法:利用薄层层析,硅胶柱层析进行分离和纯化,并用波谱学方法进行结构鉴定。结果:从中分离并鉴定了5个化合物,分别为二十八烷(Ⅰ)、三十烷(Ⅱ)、十六烷酸甘油酯(Ⅲ)、β-香树脂醇乙酸酯(Ⅳ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅴ)。结论:该研究得到的5个化合物均为首次从姜油中分离得到。
Objective： To study the chemical constituents of the oiles of Zingiber. officinale Rosec. Methods： Compounds were isolated by using silical gel column chromatography and their determined by spectral datas. Results：5 compounds were isolated and indentified. They were octacosane （ Ⅰ ）, triacontane （ Ⅱ ）, 1 - O - hexadecanolenin （ Ⅲ ）, β - Amyrin acetate （Ⅳ） and β - sitosterol （ Ⅴ ）. Conclusion ： 5 compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.
