摘要
直接采样无刷直流电动机悬空相绕组的端电压,通过单片机软件运算和直流母线电压的一半比较,获取电动机转子位置;方法比较简单,但是抗干扰性差。介绍一种通过硬件的方法获取反电势过零点,同时对于系统造成的过零延时能够自动补偿。论文同时对于无刷直流电动机的定位、开环起动作了讨论。实验结果表明,系统运行可靠,具有一定实用价值。
In order to get the rotor position, one way is to detect the terminal voltage directly on suspended wire of DC timing compressor, compared and calculated in MCU and then deduce the rotor position. This method is simple and cheap, but is not immune to the electro-magnetic interference. This paper has introduced a new method that get rotor position by detection of terminal voltage with hardware circuit and which can compensate the postpone of the system. The paper also discuss the open-loop start. It is showed by experiment result that the system is reliable and feasible.
