人工心脏无位置传感器无刷直流电动机非导通相端电压分析

摘要 人工心脏无位置传感器无刷直流电动机轻载时,通过采集PWM关闭期间的非导通相端电压来获取反电势过零点存在一定的局限。以逆变桥上管PWM调制、下管恒通的控制方法为例,理论分析了非导通相端电压在PWM导通与关断期间的波形,并进行了实验。结果表明,在PWM关闭阶段,非导通相端电压会受到导通相悬空、非导通相嵌位等影响发生波动,反电势采集时需加以注意,避免引起换相故障。 When the sensorless brushless DC motor( BLDCM) of artificial heart is underloaded,there are some limitations in getting back electro- magnetic force( EMF) from the floating phase terminal voltage during the PWM off time.With PWM strategy of upper bridge arm chopping only,the terminal voltage of the floating phase during the PWM on time and the PWM off time was analyzed. The experiments show that,non- excited phase terminal winding voltage is sensitive to both its own diode- clamped states and the floating state of excited phase during the PWM off time. The above states should be taken into account to achieve good commutation performance.
