摘要
以荸荠为原料,采用传统酱腌菜工艺技术,制作出8种荸荠系列酱腌菜,并调制出不同风味的产品,以满足消费者的需求。
Using water chestnut as material, 8 kinds of pickles were developed by traditional pickling technique. To some extent, these different flavor-characteristic pickles meet the demands of customer.
