摘要
采用柠檬酸溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米MnO2材料,研究不同焙烧温度和保温时间对样品的影响。XRD分析和SEM分析表明在不同温度(350~500℃)下焙烧,得到的是低价态的锰氧化物(Mn(Ⅱ)和Mn(Ⅲ)),通过酸化处理可得到Mn(Ⅳ)价态的氧化物;焙烧时间较短时,样品的颗粒较小,比表面积较大,循环伏安和恒流充放电试验得出保温3h所得的样品具有较好的电容特性。结果表明,所制备的MnO2电极材料有良好的电化学性能,适于作超级电容器电极材料。
Nano-size MnO2 powder was prepared by a sol-gel method in this article, and different sintering temperatures and sintering times were studied. It is demonstrated by XRD analysis that low value form of Mn (Mn( Ⅱ ),Mn( Ⅲ )) were obtained when sintered at different temperatures (350-500℃), and the oxide of Mn( Ⅳ ) was obtained by acidified treatment. The SEM analysis demonstrated that the particle was small and the special surface area was large when the sintering time was short. With cyclic voltammetry and constant current charging and discharging, it was concluded that the product sintered for 3 hours had more excellent capacitive performance, and MnO2 electrode material obtained by this method had excellent electrochemical performance, which are suitable to he used in electrochemical capacitor.
