纳米NiO的制备及其赝电容特性研究 被引量:7

摘要 运用沉淀转化法制备Ni(OH)2超微粉末,并通过热处理得到纳米NiO。利用TEM,TG,XRD,循环伏安和恒流充放电测试对样品进行了分析和表征。结果表明,实验制备的NiO粒径为10nm左右,在-0.05~0.35V(vsSCE)的电位范围内表现出典型的法拉第赝电容行为,在电流密度为2mA·cm-2时,其比容达到243F·g-1。 Ni(OH)2 ultrafine powders were synthesized by precipitation transformation method. And nanosized NiO was prepared by calcining the as prepared Ni(OH)2 ultrafine powders. The samples were analyzed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), thermal gravity (TG), X-ray diffraction (XRD), cyclic voltammetry and galvanostatic charge/discharge. The results show that particle size of the NiO is about lOnm. In an electrolyte of 0.5 mol·L-1 KOH, the nanosized NiO has typical capacitive characterization in the potential region of-0.05-0.35 V(vs SCE). At a current density of 2mA·cm-2, the NiO has a specific capacitance of 243F·g-1.
