摘要
宫颈癌的根治性手术和放射治疗虽取得了巨大的进步,但对某些病例特别是局部晚期宫颈癌患者并未获得令人满意的效果。近年来,随着肿瘤化疗研究的不断进展,宫颈癌的化学治疗尤其是新辅助化疗的应用日益受到人们的重视。现就近年来国内外对宫颈癌新辅助化疗的研究进展进行综述。
Although great progress in radical surgery and radiotheralpy of cervical cancer has made, for some cases, especially those patients with locally advanced cervical cancer, their therapeutic effect is not satisfactory yet. With development in research on chemotherapy of carcinomas in recent years, chemotherapy especially neoadjuvant chemotherapy of cervical cancer has attracted more and more attention. In this article, we summarized development in research on neoadjuvant chemotherapy for cervical cancer at home and abroad.
