交流脉冲等离子体作用于聚四氟乙烯表面性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用自行研制的100kHz交流脉冲电源产生等离子体,对聚四氟乙烯进行了表面改性研究。在放电电压、占空比、工作气压、工作气氛、处理时间相同的情况下,探讨了样品置于放电区域不同位置、采用不同的电极间距对改性结果的影响,并对改性效果的保持特性进行了考察。通过接触角测量、扫描电镜(SEM)等手段对作用前后样品的亲水性、表面形貌进行了检测和分析。结果表明:交流脉冲等离子体对PTFE表面有良好的改性效果。 PTFE surface modification employing a 100kHz AC pulse plasma generator was researched. In the same condition of voltage, duty ratio, pressure, gas, time, the effect of sample position and distance between poles on modification were investigated. The retentivity of modification effect was tested. The hydrophilicity and surface morphology were discussed using the contact angle and SEM analysis. Measurement results show that the AC pulse plasma modified efficacy for PTFE surface will improve greatly.
