低温等离子体改性PTFE膜接枝丙烯酸研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用低温等离子体工艺对PTFE膜进行表面改性,在改性后的表面接枝丙烯酸.对改进性结果进行测试,表明在PTFE膜的表面形成一层聚丙烯酸(pAAc)薄膜,即生成PTFE-g-pAAc膜.PTFE-g-pAAc膜的表面亲水性及其表面稳定性比等离子改性PTFE膜(PTFE modified byplasma)有所改善,克服了单纯等离子体改性效果不稳定的缺点. Ar plasma pretreated polyterafluoroethylene (PTFE) films were subjected to further surface modification by grafting Acrylic Acid (AAc) on it's surface. It showed that pAAc was formed on the PTFE films surface, ultimately gets PTFE-g-pAAc films. The study confirmed that PTFE-g-pAAc films has a great improvement in surface wettability and surface stability.
