摘要
以泡沫分离和三维电极法作为主体工艺,对淀粉废水进行的两个月的现场中试结果表明:气水比为10时,泡沫分离工艺对废水COD去除率高达51.2%,植物蛋白回收量为2.5kg/t(原水);三维电极反应器在反应时间、输入电压和极板间距分别为70min、10V和15cm时能获得96.9%的COD去除率,吨水能耗仅为1.78kW.h。
To investigate the effect of the technological process consisting of foam separation and three-dimension electrode reactor for starch wastewater treatment, a pilot test of about two months was conducted on the spot. The results demonstrated that the chemical oxygen demand (COD) removal rate could reach 52.1% and the quantity of protein taken from raw water was about 2.5kg/t with the air-water flow ratio of 10 with the running of the foam separation process. The COD removal efficiency of 96.9% also could be obtained with the conditions of reaction time 70min, input voltage 10V and inter-electrode distance 15cm by using the three-dimension electrode reactor, at the same time, the energy consumption for the electro-oxidation process was only 1.78kW.h per ton wastewater.
