摘要
以三聚氰氯、氨水和乙二胺为主要原料,通过两步取代反应合成出一种具有大分子链状结构的三嗪类阻燃剂。第一步反应最佳条件为:反应温度2-6℃、体系pH值7-8;第二步反应最佳条件为:反应温度100℃、溶剂水与中间体的质量比27.1∶1.0。用所合成的阻燃剂改性聚丙烯,可使聚丙烯的氧指数由改性前的18.0提高到27.4。
A kind of triazine flame retardant with macromolecule chain structure was synthesized through two - step substitution reaction and using cyanuric trichloride, ammonia water and ethylenediamine as main feedstocks. The optimum conditions of the first step reaction were the reaction temperature 2-6 ℃, the value of pH 7 -8,and the optimum conditions of the second step reaction were the reaction temperature 100 ℃, the mass ratio of water to intermediate 27. 1 : 1.0. The oxygen index of polypropylene modified by the retardant increased from 18.0 to 27.4.
