摘要
以亚磷酸三乙酯、三聚氰氯和无水哌嗪为原料,合成了一种新型的含磷三嗪环聚合物,采用凝胶渗透色谱、傅里叶变换红外光谱、核磁共振对中间体三嗪环磷酸酯和产物含磷三嗪环聚合物的结构进行了表征,并采用热重分析对含磷三嗪环聚合物的热稳定性进行了分析。考察了反应物配比、反应时间、反应温度对三嗪环磷酸酯和含磷三嗪环聚合物收率的影响,得到最佳的反应条件:(1)第一步反应,亚磷酸三乙酯与三聚氰氯的摩尔比为3.2,在室温下滴加亚磷酸三乙酯的时间为3~4h,然后升温至70℃,继续反应6h,三嗪环磷酸酯的收率为86.9%;(2)第二步合成反应,三嗪环磷酸酯与无水哌嗪的摩尔比为1,室温下反应24h,含磷三嗪环聚合物的收率为92.0%。合成的含磷三嗪环聚合物具有较高的热稳定性。
A novel phosphorus -containing triazine polymer, used as flame retardant for polymers, was synthesized from triethyl phosphite, cyanuric chloride and anhydrous piperazine via intermediate, triazinyl phosphate. The intermediate and product were characterized by means of GPC, FTIR,^1H NMR, 31p NMR and TGA. Effects of reaction temperature, reaction time and mole ratio of reactants on yields of intermediate and product were investigated. Under optimal conditions for preparation of the intermediate: n ( triethyl phosphate) : n ( cyanuric chloride) 3.2, dropping duration of triethyl phosphate at room temperature 3 -4 h, reaction temperature 70℃ and reaction time 6 h, intermediate yield can reach 86.9%. Under optimal conditions for preparation of the product: n (triazinyl phosphate) : n (piperazine) 1, room temperature, and 24 h, yield of product phosphorus - containing triazine polymer can reach 92.0%. The obtained phosphorus -containing tdazine polymer is highly thermal stable.
