摘要 目的:量化评估经Jasper-Jumper矫治器治疗的骨性下颌后缩患者治疗前后口腔功能间隙变化。方法:采用国产Jasper-Jumper矫治器临床矫治30例骨性下颌后缩患者,拍摄治疗前后头颅定位侧位片和手腕片。结果:Jasper-Jumper矫治器治疗5~7个月(平均6个月)后,口腔功能间隙面积平均增加了5.67mm2,前下面高平均增加了3.46mm,后面高平均增加了1.90mm。结论:Jasper-Jumper矫治器矫治骨性下颌后缩使口腔功能间隙有明显增大,有利于上下颌骨关系以及口系统功能的完善。 Objective To analysis the change of oral functional space contributing to correction of skeletal mandibular retrusion in growing children treated with Jasper-Jumper appliance. Methods The investigation involved 30 cases of skeletal Class Ⅱ with mandibular retrusion, which treated by the domestic Jasper-Jumper ap- pliance, The lateral cephalograms and hand-wrist radiographys were collected and the cephalometric analysis was taken before and immediately after the treatment. Results After 5 to 7 months (on an average of 6 months) of Jasper-Jumper appliance therapy, all subjects achieved to Class I molar relationships. The oral functional space increased about 5.67mm^2 together with an increase of 3.46mm and 1.90mm in anterior lower facial height and posterior facial height respectively. Conclusion Jasper-Jumper appliance therapy is beneficial to increase oral functional appliance,to improve the jaw base relationship and to perfect the oral functional system
