摘要
分别用日本和中国南京来源的松材线虫在室外苗圃地接种3年生雪松和黑松,发现源自两地的松材线虫对黑松都具有很强的致病力,但对雪松致病力差异较大。日本来源的松材线虫可致70%雪松枯死,而中国来源的松材线虫对雪松致病力很弱;同时发现松材线虫在所接种黑松中的存活繁殖数量远大于在雪松中的数量。此外笔者对雪松感染松材线虫后发病的症状进行了描述。
The virulence of pine wood nematode[Bursaphelenchus xylophilus (Steiner & Buhrer) Nickle] from Japan and Nanjing China was tested on three-year-old Cedrus deodara and Pinus thunbergii. The results showed that the different source nematode all had a strong virulence on P. thunbergii, but had different effects on C. deodara. The nematode from Japan induced 70%C deodara seedlings dead,the Chinese one had a light virulence. The number of nematode in P. thunbergii was larger than in C. deodara. The symptom of infected C. deodara by nematode was also described. This study was valuable to control pine wilt disease especially on C. deodara.
