正常儿童左室心肌的应变率及其影响因素 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨我国正常儿童左室心肌应变率在各节段、室壁之间的分布特点以及与年龄、性别的关系。方法100例正常儿童按年龄分为4组,应用应变率成像技术分别测定左室心肌室间隔、侧壁、下壁、前壁各节段的应变率参数并分析。结果1~9岁儿童左室心肌各室壁收缩期和舒张晚期应变率由基底段向心尖段逐渐递减,心尖与基底段差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);10~14岁儿童收缩期、舒张早期应变率在各室壁、节段差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同性别儿童应变率各参数的差异均无统计学意义。结论正常儿童左室心肌收缩期和舒张早期应变率在各室壁、节段的分布随年龄增长逐渐趋向一致,不同性别儿童左室心肌应变率各参数的差异无统计学意义。 Objective To explore strain rate of left ventricle, and the relationship with age and sex. Methods 100 healthy children were recruited in this study. Peak strain rate at systole(S), early diastole(E), atrial eontraetion(A) were obtained by using strain rate imaging and the relationship with age, sex were analyzed. Results LV longitudinal S and A decveased from basal to apical segments, significant differences were found between apical and basal segments in 1 to 9 years old children. LV longitudinal S and E were homogenous throughout all walls and levels in 10 to 14 years old children. All parameters showed no statistical difference between male and female. Conclusion LV longitudinal myocardial S and E in all segments tend to be uniform with increasing age in normal children. There is no relationship between strain rate and sex.
