摘要
按照"分子设计"理论,以聚乙二醇、马来酸酐、甲基丙烯磺酸钠为原料,通过酯化和自由基水溶液聚合反应,合成了一类新型的含有聚氧乙烯基、羧基和磺酸基等活性基团的聚羧酸高效减水剂。主要讨论酯化反应工艺条件对酯化率和减水性能的影响,得到一种最佳合成工艺条件,此时减水剂减水率可达48%,而掺量仅为0.4%。
According to "molecule design" theory, a series of new polycarboxylic high range water-reducer containing carboxyl, sulphonic groups and polyoxyethylene groups was synthesized with polyethylene glycol, maleic anhydride and methyl propylene sodium sulfonate as raw materials by way of esterifying and free radical water solution polymerization. Discussion was focused on effects of esterifying on rate of esterifying and water-reducing property. An optimum synthetic technology was obtained with an ideal water reduction of 48% at an addition of 0.4%.only.
