This system, combine with the digital video surveillance technology, the network technology and the database technology, improves the automation of the highway - charge process and the faineance management; improves the working efficiency and the quality of service, increases the transparency of the government non - commercial highway management, prevent the loss of cheque, eliminates the fake tickets and unauthorized fees, ensures to charge in time,hand over to the state treasury in full.
