摘要
在一个大的管理系统中，每一个子模块都需要有自己的权限管理，如何设计一个维护和操作都相对简单的通用权限系统，对于软件开发商来说是至关重要的。本文介绍了这样一种权限系统的开发及实现。
In a big administration system, each module needs to have its own administration of jurisdiction. It＇s extremely important for the software developer that how the general jurisdiction system is designed, being comparatively simple in maintenance and operation. This paper recommends the realization of this kind of jurisdiction system.
