摘要
本研究试图用显微外科技术移植足趾于手臂残端,以操纵电子假手实现准确的控制。这在国际上没有先例。实践证明,再造“指”作为控制信号源,从根本上改变原有的模式,已在首例残肢者身上试用获得成功。为多自由度电子假手的准确控制提出了新方法,开辟了在假肢研究中医学与工程学紧密结合的新途径。
This paper report the study on electronic artificial hand control by a reconstructed finger(toe to stump transplantation). This has not been reported in medical literature. The results showed that the use of a reconstrudted finger as a controlling signal source made it possible to use accurately electronic artificial hand with multi-degree freedom. This is a new approach. That the accuracy of control was reached up to 100%.
