摘要
以捷达GIF型的小型汽车为研究对象,采用液压储能方案对其制动能量进行回收。在对该车制动过程动力学分析基础上,利用MATLAB软件,对制动能量再生储能过程中蓄能器气囊体积和压强进行计算,初选出所需容积的蓄能器。在仅有制动能量再生系统起作用的情况下,对小型汽车制动减速和起步加速过程的加速度、速度、气囊压强及气囊体积进行仿真,检验出所选蓄能器能满足使用要求。
We study the model of Jetta GIF car and adapt the hydraulic accumulation scheme to recycle its braking energy. After analyzing the dynamics of its braking process, we use MATLAB software to calculate the volume and pressure of the airbag of the hydraulic accumulator during its energy regeneration, thus determining preliminarily the hydraulic accumulator whose volume is as required. Under the condition that only the regenerative energy braking system is in action, we simulate the car's acceleration and speed and the pressure and volume of its airbag during its braking and accelerating process. The simulation results verify that the hydraulic accumulator thus selected can meet the requirements for its use.
