摘要
铝对茶树的生长发育具有特殊的生物学效应。通过盆栽试验研究铝肥的2种施用方法(土壤施用和叶面喷施)及其不同施用量对川西蒙山茶叶品质的影响。结果表明:施用铝肥对茶叶品质具有显著影响,土壤施铝可使氨基酸、茶多酚、咖啡碱和可溶性糖含量分别同比对照提高12.81%、11.34%、14.48%和28.41%,叶面施铝则可使氨基酸、茶多酚和咖啡碱含量同比对照分别提高23.61%、15.44%、和15.57%;试验中以土壤施用铝肥0.67g/kg或叶面喷施铝肥2500mg/L时,茶叶中氨基酸、咖啡碱、茶多酚和可溶性糖平均含量较高且组成比例合适,茶叶品质相对最好。
Aluminum had special biological effect on the growth and development of tea trees. Effects of two different application methods and application dosages on Mengshan tea in western Sichuan were studied. Result showed that application of aluminum fertilizer had remarkable influence on tea quality in pot experiment. Aluminum application in soil promoted the content of amino acid, tea polyphone, caffeine and soluble sugar by 12.81%, 11.34 %, 14.48 % and 28.41%, respectively, compared with those of control group. Aluminum application by spraying on leaf surface improved the content of amino acid, tea polyphone and caffeine by 23.61%, 15.44 % and 15.57 %, respectively. When the aluminum fertilizer application in soil was about 0.67 g/kg or leaf surface spray was about 2 500 mg/L the average contents of the amino acid, caffeine, tea polyphone and soluble sugar were higher, integrated proportion of whichwas proper and the quality of tea would reach its best comparatively.
