摘要
本文通过８２例精神分裂症病人治疗前后ＭＭＰＩ结果比较分析，发现随着精神症状的缓解，ＭＭＰＩ中Ｆ、Ｐａ、Ｓｃ量表分明显下降，Ｄ分明显升高。提出ＭＭＰＩ反映了精神分裂症病人的病理心理改变，而非病人的病前性格特征。同时可作为评估疗效和观察病情变化的辅助手段。
The authors compared the MMPI score of 82 schizophrenics before and after treatments.They observed that with the alleviation of psychotic symptoms,the scores of F,Pa,Sc factors declined dramatically and the score of D factor increased significantly.It suggests that these changes were not the reflection of pre morbid character of patients,but that of their altered psychopathological states.
