摘要
为了探讨重茬对大豆各方面的影响,解决生产实践中大豆重茬对产量和品质的影响,采用裂区设计试验,研究重茬条件对辽宁省大豆品种的外观品质、营养品质和产量的影响,结果表明:与正茬相比,重茬种植使大豆籽粒的外观品质变劣,表现在病粒率和虫食粒率增加,百粒重显著降低;重茬对大豆籽粒的营养品质影响较大。与正茬相比,籽粒的蛋白质含量显著增加,同时脂肪含量显著降低,蛋白质和脂肪总含量显著增加,且品种之间存在差异。在重茬条件下,铁丰30号的外观品质、营养品质和产量都表现相对较好,铁丰29号、辽豆13号的品质和产量则表现相对稳定,这3个品种可能为重茬条件下较高产、优质的耐性品种;而铁丰31号虽然重茬对其品质、产量影响较大,但因自身在品质和产量方面表现突出,重茬种植也能获得较好的品质和较高的产量。
The results obtained from field experiment showed that soybean commodity quality of successive cropping decreased in comparison with that of normal rotation, such as higher percent disease seeds and damaged seeds by insects, obviously lower 100-seed weight. Successive cropping had a significant effect on soybean nutritional quality (higher protein lower oil of seeds). Furthermore there were differences among different soybean varieties.
