摘要
通过对高羊茅品种10个生物学性状的聚类分析,选出不同类型的代表亲本与轮回选择得到的品系Syn-Ⅱ进行杂交。调查了杂交后代分蘖数、株高、叶宽等主要草坪学性状的遗传增益。讨论从这些杂交后代得到的品系中选育适于北京地区的草坪型高羊茅品种的可能性。
Ten biological characters of tall fescue (Festuca arundinacea) cultivars were examined by cluster analysis to select genotypes for crossing with an existing line Syn-Ⅱ. The main progeny characters obtained through crossing were evaluated in respect to their suitability for turf establishment and effects on turf quality. The possibility to develop, from the hybrid lines obtained, new turf-type tall fescue cultivars suitable for Beijing region was also discussed.
