摘要
电力计量标准化建设是营销现代化建设的基础,必须依靠一系列法律法规、相关标准来保证其实现。现有的一些电力计量标准滞后于电力发展、电力体制改革和电力计量技术进步,其有效性和权威性面临新的挑战。从社会节能降耗、电力企业生产经营管理出发,分析了电力计量标准化建设的重要性,介绍了国家电网公司全面实施电力计量标准化建设的思路和下一步工作重点。
The electric measurement standardization building which is the base of marketing modemlization construction,must depend on related laws and correlation standards. Some existing electric measurement standards lag behind the development electric power, the reform of the electric system and technical advancement of the electric measurement. Its validity and authority is faced with new challenges. In this paper, the importance of the electric measurement standard building is firstly analyzed for the. of the production and operation of electric power enmanagement terprise as well as the society requirements. Then the way ofoverall implementation of electric measurement standardization building and main points of the work in the next period by the State Grid Corporation are introduced.
