摘要
目的:探讨凋亡抑制基因survivin在食管鳞状细胞癌(简称食管鳞癌)中的表达,及其与bcl-2、bax基因表达的相关性。方法:应用SP免疫组织化学法检测85例食管鳞癌组织及对应癌旁正常食管黏膜组织中survivin,bcl-2和bax蛋白的表达。结果:食管鳞癌组织中,survivin蛋白的表达率为77.64%,显著高于癌旁正常食管黏膜组织的表达率7.06%(P<0.05)。survivin蛋白表达与食管鳞癌的TNM分期及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。survivin表达与bcl-2蛋白表达呈正相关(P<0.05),而与bax蛋白表达无关(P>0.05)。结论:survivin在食管鳞癌的发生、发展中起重要作用,可能成为食管鳞状细胞癌基因治疗的新靶点。survivin基因可能与bcl-2基因在食管鳞癌的发展中协同作用。
Objective:To explore the expression of survivin and its correlation with the expression of bcl-2, bax in esophageal squamous cell carcinomas(ESCC). Methods: Immunohistochemical method was used to determine the expression of survivin, bcl-2 and bax gene in 85 cases of ESCC tissues and tumor-adjacent normal mucosa tissues. Results: Survivin was expressed in 66 of 85(77.64%) cases of ESCC and in 6 of 85 (7.06 %) cases of normal tissues. Expression of survivin was significantly higher in ESCC than that in normal tissues(P〈0.05). Overexpression of survivin was related to the tumor grade and lymphatic metastasis(P〈0.05). Expression of survivin was positively correlation with bcl-2 (P〈0.05), but not with bax expression (P〉0.05). Conclusion: Survivin may play an important role in the pathway of carcinogenesis and progression of ESCC and it may be identified as a new therapeutic target. Survivin and bcl-2 may play synergetic roles in the developmeut of ESCC.
