摘要
目的 评估外科护士近半年内护理英语学习现状,并探讨其对策.方法 采用方便抽样的方法,通过自设问卷调查北京某三级甲等医院外科护士200名,回收有效问卷178份.结果 近半年内,病房护士接受护理英语书面辅导平均时间122.4min/周;接受护理英语口语辅导平均时间66 min/周,平均自主学习时间36.2 min/周;52.8%的护士掌握护理专业单词量为50~100个;工作中所遇到的护理英语,57.3%的人能听懂0~20%,60.7%的人能表达0~20%,55.1%的人能看懂0~20%;影响护理英语掌握程度的主要相关因素为公共英语水平、工作劳累、年龄、学习兴趣、单位氛围等.结论 病房护士英语基础薄弱,学习精力有限.护理管理者需因材施教,促进护士自主学习护理英语.
Objective To evaluate the status quo of nursing English learning in recent 6 months among nurses from surgical department of some grade A class three hospital in Beijing and probe into the countermeasures. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the conditions about nursing English learning by random sampling among 200 nurses from some grade A class three hospital in Beijing. 178 pieces of questionnaire were collected. Results In recent half a year, the nurses spent 122.4 min/week on written nursing English learning, 66 min/week on oral nursing English learning and 36.2 min/week on self-regulated learning averagely. 52.8% of them mastered vocabulary of 50-100 nursing professional terms. In practical work, 57.3% of them could understand utterance in nursing English by 0-20%, 60.7% could express themselves in nursing English by 0-20%, and 55.1% could read nursing English by 0-20%. The correlative factors affecting their nursing English learning included their college English level, workload, age, learning interest, learning atmosphere and so on. Conclusion Ward nurses have poor English basic knowledge and limited learning energy. The nursing administration should make pertinent arrangement to promote their self-regulated learning of nursing English.
