360只1日龄的AA肉仔鸡随机分成10组(3×3+1),每组设6个重复,每个重复6只公雏,研究3种镁源的相对生物学利用。三种镁源:氧化镁(MgO)、天门冬氨酸镁(MgAsp)、天门冬氨酸螯合镁(MgdiAsp),每种镁的添加水平为0.9、1.8、2.7g/kg,不加镁的处理组做为对照。试验结果表明,血清镁的浓度随各镁源添加水平提高线性提高(P<0.01)。肝脏镁的含量随日粮中MgO、MgAsp添加量的提高呈二次曲线性提高(P<0.01)。MgAsp比MgO更有效提高血清和肝脏中的镁含量(P<0.01)。MgdiAsp添加组肉仔鸡血清和肝脏中的镁含量最高。肝脏过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性随MgAsp或MgdiAsp添加量的增加线性提高(P<0.01),而随MgO添加量的增加呈二次曲线性提高(P<0.05)。MgAsp比MgO更有效地提高肝脏CAT的活性,MgdiAsp供应组肉仔鸡肝脏中CAT的活性最高(P<0.01)。肝脏丙二醛(MDA)的含量随日粮镁添加量的增加线性降低(P<0.05),有机镁比无机镁更有利于降低肝脏中MDA的含量(P<0.01)。本研究结果表明,日粮中添加镁可以改善肉仔鸡的镁营养状态,提高肉仔鸡肝脏抗氧化酶的活性,降低脂质过氧化水平,有机镁的效果优于无机镁。
The experiment was conducted to study the bioavailabities of three magnesium sources for broilers.Three hundred and sixty 1-day-old male AA broiler chicks were allocated to 10 treatments,i.e.control plus 9 treatments from 3×3 factorial arrangement,each treatment with 6 replicates of 6 chickens.Supplementation level of magnesium (Mg) from MgO, MgAsp or MgdiAsp were at 0.9, 1.8,2.7 g/kg of the diet respectively, and the basal diet served as the control.Results showed that serum Mg concentration increased linearly as MgO,MgAsp or MgdiAsp supplementation increased(P 〈 0.01 ). Hepatic Mg concentration increased quadratically as MgO or MgAsp supplementation increased (P 〈 0.01).Supplemental organic magnesium(MgAsp or MgdiAsp) was more efficient to increase Mg concentrations in liver and serum than MgO(P 〈 0.01 ).Hepatic catalase(CAT)activity increased linearly in broilers fed with MgAsp or MgdiAsp(P 〈 0.01 ) and quadratically in broilers fed with MgO (P 〈 0.05)as dietary Mg supplementation level increased.Higher hepatic CAT activities were in chickens supplemented with MgAsp or MgdiAsp than MgO (P 〈 0.01 ).Hepatic MDA content decreased linearly as dietary Mg supplementation level increased(P 〈 0.05),the organic Mg(MgAsp or MgdiAsp) was much more efficient to decrease hepatic MDA content than inorganic form (MgO)(P 〈 0.01 ).The results indicated that dietary Mg supplementation could improve magnesium nutrition status,enhance hepatic CAT activity and decrease lipid peroxidation in broilers ;and organic magnesium such as MgAsp or MgdiAsp was more effective than inorganic form(MgO).
