摘要
由于循环流化床锅炉中金属部件及耐火材料的磨损是造成其运行事故的主要原因之一。着重对颗粒粒径、物料硬度进行了分析,并通对循环流化床锅炉受热面磨损机理、特点分别进行理论分析,针对450 t·h-1CFB锅炉不同部位进行了磨损分析,总结了其磨损分布特点,提出了相应的防磨措施。
One of the main reasons for accidents on circulating fluidized bed boilers is the abrasion wear of metallic parts and fireproof materials. In this paper, the relation between wear of surface and the particle diameter, the material hardness, and the mechanisms and characteristics of wear of heating surfaces on circulating fluidized bed boilers were discussed. A wearing analysis was carried out at different locations on a 450 t·h^-1 circulation fluid bed boiler, and relevant antiwear measures were suggested.
