摘要
由于循环流化床锅炉中金属部件及耐火材料的磨损是造成其运行事故的主要原因之一。本文通过对循环流化床锅炉受热面磨损机理、特点分别进行理论分析,针对450 t/h CFB循环流化床不同部位进行了磨损分析,总结了其磨损分布特点,提出了相应的防磨措施。
Heating surface attrition is one primary cause of operating accidents. In this paper, authors analyze the attrition mechanism and characteristics of different heating surfaces in 450 t/h CFB boilers and suggest that various wear preventive measures should be taken in order to improve the CFB boiler performance.
