摘要
利用正交试验对SHS/PHIP工艺制备TiC-TiB2/Cu复合材料的工艺进行了研究,通过采用正交设计、试验和计算,分析了延迟时间、保压时间和加压压力三个因素对合成材料致密度的影响规律,通过扫描电镜对合成材料的微观组织进行了观测。研究结果表明,最佳工艺参数为:延迟时间7s;保压时间10s;加压压力180MPa。
There are many complex factors effecting on the cermets properties during combustion synthesis process, among which they are mainly the deferring time, compressing time and pressure. Different crafts can greatly impact products relative density and performances. The TiC -TiB2/Cu cermets are prepared by SHS/PHIP process. The process parameters are studied by orthogonal experiment. The influence of delay time, dwell time and pressure on density of cermets is evaluated. The microstructures of cermets are tested by SEM. The result of study shows that the optimum process parameters are delay time of 7 s, dwell time of 10 s and the pressure of 180 MPa.
