摘要
大学毕业生就业形势的日趋严峻对高校就业工作提出了更高的要求。本文通过分析目前高校的就业形势及毕业生面临的主要问题,提出如何构建新形势下的就业指导工作体系,促进学生就业,提高就业率和就业质量。
The university graduates got employed the situation stemlyto set a higher request day by day to the universities employmentwork. This article main question which at present universities＇ semployment situation and the graduate faces through the analysis, proposed how constructs under the new situation the career guidancework system, promotes the student to get employed, enhances the employment rate and the employment quality.
