摘要 心理训练是提高大学生心理健康及心理素质的有效途径之一,但有必要使之系统化和理论化,从而构建起科学的心理训练模式。该模式大致应包括心理训练的特征、特定目标以及模式的最终构建等三个层次;此外,从内容、方法到具体操作等若干方面都给出了界定。 Psychological training is one of the best way to improve the level of mental health and quality of undergraduates,it is necessary to be made systemically and theofically to construct the scientist model of psychological training, tiffs model of psychological training conclude 3 levels:character , aim and construction of model of psychological training; and it is definited by context, method, concrete operation and so on.
