摘要
本研究采用行动研究法,以积极心理健康教育干预技术对高校学生的心理资本进行了干预。结果发现,心理资本干预理论适用于本研究的高校学生群体,积极心理健康教育干预技术能有效提升高校学生心理资本。建议将高校学生心理资本干预作为一种常态化的教育实践活动,并在心理资本干预技术上推广普及积极心理健康教育。
This study, based on action research, aims to explore the interventions in college students' psychological capital by means of positive mental health education. The results show that the theory of psychological capital intervention is applicable to the college students, and that the interventions based on positive mental health education can effectively enhance the psychological capital of the college students. The study suggests viewing the interventions in college students' psychological capital as a regular educational practice, and popularizing positive mental health education through these interventions.
