摘要
基于LabVIEW开发了转子动平衡测试系统,使用单平面的三点加重方法,在转子上分别进行3次配重,通过测量转子振动速度、转速以及相互垂直方向上的轴心位移,计算转子的不平衡质量和角度,同时对振动参数进行时频分析,绘制轴心轨迹。实验结果证明了该方法的高精确性。
The rotor kinetic-equilibrium testing system is designed based on LabVIEW. The method of appending mass on three points in one plane is used, that is, by appending mass three times, measuring the speed of rotor vibrancy, the speed of circumrotation, and the shaft center displacement on two perpendicular directions, calculating the non-equilibrium mass and angle of rotor. The vibrant data are analyzed on time and frequency domains. The orbits of shaft center-line are drawn in the testing system. The results have proved the high accuracy of the proposed method.
