摘要
介绍了一种新型摩托车曲轴组件动平衡检测系统的测量方法和结构,打破了传统的人为干预不连续测量。不平衡曲轴组件转动产生的惯性离心力引起振动台振动,安装在振动台上的振动传感器拾取振动信号,送至计算机,通过信号处理得到曲轴组件的不平衡量。系统在LabVIEW平台上开发了虚拟仪器,实现了数据采集、数据处理以及分析自动化和高效率。实验结果表明,系统具有精度高、检测效率高、制造成本低的优点。
The measuring methodology and structure of dy namic balance checking and measuring system of a kind of new typed motorcycle were introduced, which broke the traditional non-continuous measurement with man-made interposition. The vibration of vibration platform caused by the inertial centrifugal force produced by the transmission of non-balancing crankshaft components, its vibration signal was picked up by the vibration sensor mounted on the vibration platform and sent to the compurer, the non-balancing quantity of crankshaft components was obtained by means of signal treatment. The virtual instrument was developed in the LabVIEW platform of this system and realized the data collection, data processing, analysis automarion and high efficiency. The result of experiment showed that this system has the advantages of high accuracy, high checking and measuring efficiency and low manufacturing cost.
