摘要 高校要发展,靠的是人才,人力资源建设是高校的重要工作之一。怎样才能让人才发挥更大作用?提高员工忠诚度是一个重要手段,通过提高员工忠诚度,可以最大限度地发挥人才的积极性、主动性和创造性,促进高校健康、稳定、可持续发展。 The development of institutions of higher education depends on the talented people, human resources building is one of the important work in institutions of higher education. How to bring talented people into play, enhancing the employees' loyalty is an important instrument. Enhancing the employees' loyalty may bring talented people' s positivity, creativity, and initiative into play in a greater degree, and promote the healthy, stable and sustainable development of institutions of higher education.
