摘要
目的:观察榄香烯乳注射液联合放疗对骨转移癌疼痛的临床疗效。方法:60例骨转移癌患者随机分为观察组(n=30)与对照组(n=30),两组均采用局部放疗30GY/10F,观察组同时采用榄香烯乳注射液静脉点滴(300mg,d1-14)。观察两组治疗前后骨痛评分及生活质量评价。结果:观察组病灶部位疼痛明显减轻(P<0.05),患者生活质量评价优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:榄香烯乳注射液联合放疗对骨转移癌的疗效优于单纯放疗。
Objective： To examine the effects of Elemene injection combined with radiotherapy for relieving pain due to metastatic bone tumors. Methods： Sixty patients with metastatic bone tumors were randomized into the observation group （n=30） and the control group （n=30）. All of these patients were treated with radiotherapy （DT 30GY/10F）. The patients in the observation group were given additional medication consisting of Elemene （300mg, i. v. d1-14）. Differences in the therapeutic efficacy, quality of life （QOL） and hematological toxicity during the treatment were observed. Results： The effective rates in the observation group and the control group were significantly different （P〈0.05）. Compared to patients in the control group, patients in the observation group showed a significant increase in the QOL （P〈0.05） and a lower hematological toxicity after chemotherapy （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： These results suggest that Elemene combined with radiotherapy is effective for relieving the pain caused by metastatic bone tumors with mild side effects.
