摘要
目的研究现行模式下急诊患者及家属对医护服务的需求,提出满足患者及家属需求的对策与措施,进一步提高急诊的服务水平。方法对2005年7-9月所有来医院急诊的患者或家属,随机抽取符合纳入标准的302人进行服务需求调查,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果患者及家属对医护人员整体素质的要求较高。不同病情、不同年龄、不同文化程度、不同看病费用支付方式的患者对护理服务有显著不同的需求。结论新型的急诊护理服务模式就是要树立以患者为中心的服务理念,增强与患者及家属的信息沟通与情感交流,不断完善急诊科的基础设施建设,开辟高效便捷的急诊绿色通道。
Objective To know the current nursing needs from emergency patients and their relatives, and then frame countermeasures to improve the nursing quality. Methods Random selected 302 cases from the emergency patients or their relatives from July of 2005 to September of 2005, interviewed them by questionnaire to know their nursing needs. Results Most of the cases who had accepted interview expected the improvement of general nursing staff. Different cases had different nursing needs, such as effective communicate with nurses and ameliorate the environment of medical treatment. Conclusions Regard patients as the center is the essence of modern nursing pattern. Future nursing cares should strengthen the communicate between patients and nurses and the ameliorate the environment of medical treatment.
