摘要
球面调和分析是球面信号分析的重要工具,本文采用球面调和描述子对图像进行形状匹配,首先把平面图像映射到球面上,然后计算球面图像的球面调和描述子,最后通过球面调和描述子得到平面图像的相似性.实验结果表明,球面调和描述子可以较好地匹配图像的形状相似性,并且具有旋转和比例不变性.
Spherical harmonics is of importance for spherical signal analysis. This paper matches shape similarity among images by a spherical harmonic descriptor. First, images are mapped into spherical images, then the similarities are matched among spherical images by a spherical harmonic descriptor. The experimental results show that the spherical harmonic descriptor is not only precise in image shape matching but also invariant to rotation and scale transforms.
