摘要
目的:探讨卵巢印戒细胞间质瘤(signet-ring stromal tumor,SRST)与Krukenberg瘤的鉴别诊断。方法:对4例卵巢SRST和10例Krukenberg瘤进行病理学对比观察。结果:SRST为单侧发生,无复发和转移,组织学无上皮分化,PAS-D和CK阴性,Vim阳性。Krukenberg瘤双侧发生或伴有卵巢外肿瘤,平均生存期18.1个月。组织学有上皮分化,PAS-D和CK阳性,Vim阴性。结论:SRST易误诊为Krukenberg瘤,结合临床病理特征、组织化学和免疫组织化学有助于二者的鉴别。
Objective：To explore the essential points in differentiation between signet-ring stromal tumor （SRST） and Krukenberg tumor of the ovary. Methods：4 cases of SRST and 10 eases of Krukenberg tumor were studied by using HE stain ,PAS-D and immunohistochemistry. Results ：All SRSTs were unilateral and stage IA. The patients with SRST survived and had no metaslasis and reoccurrence of the tumor. Histologically,SRST were devoid of epithelial differentiation and were negtive for PAS-D and CK but positive for Vimentin（Vim）. Krukenberg tumor was bilateral and associated with extraovarian tumor. The middle survival time in patients with krukenberg tumor was 18.1 months. Its histological features were epithelial differentiation. Incontrast to SRST, the slgnet-ring cells of Krukenberg tumor were positive for PAS-D and CK but negtive for Vim. Conclusion ：SRST is a benign ovarian tumor that may be mistaken for Krukenberg tumor. SRST can be separated from Krukenberg tumor by attention to the clinical findings, pathologic features and histochemical and immunohistochemical staining.
