胃肠道间质瘤肝转移11例的临床分析
摘要
胃肠道间质瘤（gastrointerstinal stromal tumor,GIST）虽然是一种少见的胃肠道肿瘤,保它有较高的肝转移发生率[1-2].我院自1998年1月至2007年12月共收治胃肠道间质瘤患者46例,其中11例发现肝脏转移,现报告如下.
