摘要
研究了三聚氰胺(MEL)、六甲基二硅氮烷改性MEL、多聚磷酸铵(APP)和它们的复合物对全水发泡聚氨酯硬质泡沫(PUR)性能的影响。结果表明,这几种非卤阻燃剂都可赋予全水发泡PUR一定的阻燃性,但泡沫压缩强度都有所下降,其中以改性MEL制备的全水发泡非卤阻燃PUR的压缩强度下降最少。在改性MEL与APP以质量比为1∶5复配且质量分数为10.7%时,所得全水发泡PUR的阻燃性能、压缩强度与使用质量分数为9%的TCEP/TEP(1∶1)阻燃剂的全水发泡PUR的性能基本相当,而导热系数显著降低。
The effects of MEL, APP and their mixture on properties of water-blown rigid PU foam were investigated. The results showed that these halogen-free flame retardants contributed the water-blown rigid PU foam flame retardant properties, but their compressive strength decreased. The foam prepared by silicone modified MEL has the best compressive strength. Results also showed that when weight ratio of MEL and APP was 1 : 5 and its content was 10.7wt%, flame retardant properties and compressive strength of the water-blown rigid PU foam were almost the same as that of the water-blown rigid PU foam with 9wt% TCEP/TEP ( weight ratio was 1 : 1 ). The thermal conductivity obviously reduced.
