可膨胀石墨填充高密度硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料无卤阻燃性能的研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过密闭模具浇注成型了可膨胀石墨填充高密度硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料,并研究了其阻燃性能。结果表明,硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑的氧指数随着可膨胀石墨含量的增加呈线性增长,氧指数从纯样的22.5提高到39.5,通过电子扫描显微镜观察纯样燃烧后的残渣发现:纯样燃烧后的残渣在其充分燃烧区域与未燃烧区域没有明显的转变过程,而当EG/RPUF复合材料燃烧时,可膨胀石墨体积迅速膨胀,变为膨胀石墨,覆盖材料表面,有效地分离了氧气和燃烧的复合材料,从而达到阻燃的目的。本文还通过热重分析研究EG/RPUF复合材料的热稳定性,结果表明:纯样的热氧化降解各自发生在220—350℃和450—650℃。当可膨胀石墨的填加量达到20wt%时,EG/RPUF复合材料的热稳定性轻微增长。同时还研究了EG/RPUF复合材料的力学性能和电学性能,由于可膨胀石墨的加入,力学性能轻微降低;电学性能没有变化。
