摘要 研究了以过硫酸钾引发丙烯酸等单体在橡胶粉表面上的接枝聚合,得到的一种新型高分子材料可作为防渗透材料添加剂应用于油田钻井领域。通过碘值法对原料橡胶粉双键含量进行了测定,探讨了接枝改性的可行性。用红外光谱及扫描电镜对接枝产物进行了表征,并且研究了反应时间、反应温度和引发剂用量等因素对接枝反应的影响。结果表明,单体已被接枝到橡胶粉上,接枝反应的最佳条件为反应时间4h、反应温度65℃、引发剂质量分数2.5%,此时接枝率为40%。性能测试表明该产品是一种性能优良的防渗透材料添加剂。 Grafting copolymerization of acrylic acid etc on the surface of rubber powder initiated by potassium persulfate was studied, the modified rubber powder could be used in oil industry and drilling wells because it could prevent the fluid invasion as a low permeability additive. Through Wijs method the content of double bond in the rubber powder and feasibility of this experiment was investigated. The grafted rubber powder was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscope, and effects of time, temperature and initiator on the grafting ratio were discussed. The resuhs showed that acrylic acid and acrylamide could be grafted onto rubber powder,the grafting ratio was 40% under optimal grafting conditions of reaction time 4 h, temperature 65 ℃ and mass fraction of initiator 2.5% . API test showed that its property as low permeability additive was better.
