摘要
将超高摩尔质量聚有机硅氧烷与白炭黑或聚丙烯树脂共混,并将所得共混物作为塑料添加剂应用到碳酸钙/聚丙烯或硫酸钡/聚丙烯体系中,研究了超高摩尔质量聚有机硅氧烷对聚丙烯流动性能和机械性能的影响。结果表明:聚有机硅氧烷可提高聚丙烯的流动性、缺口冲击强度和断裂伸长率,拉伸强度基本保持不变。
Ultra-high molecular weight polysiloxane composed with fumed silica or polypropylene resin was applied as plastic additive into systems of calcium carbonate/polypropylene or barium sulfate/polypropylene.And effects of the additives on the fluidity and mechanical properties of PP systems were studied.Results showed that addition of the additives can improved the fluidity,the notched impact strength,and elongation at break of PP with little effect on the tensile strength.
