摘要
采用香兰素和乙酰丙酮为原料,在碱作用下通过Claisen缩合反应直接合成姜黄素.结果表明,有机碱、反应时间、温度以及静置陈化时间的不同,姜黄素的收率不同;采用三乙胺作碱,经预处理4 h,维持温度50℃下反应4 h,静置陈化48 h的条件下产率最高,可达到69%.
Application of acethylacetone and vanillin in alkali to the directly synthesis of curcumin( 1,7-bis(4-hydroxy-3- methoxyphenyl)-1,6-heptadiene-3,5-dione) by Claisen condensation reaction is reported. The result indicate that different organic alkali, reaction temperature , reaction time as well as deposited time have different attainability of curcumin. Adopting triethylamine as an alkali, keeping four hours fore-disposal time, four hours reaction time at 50 ℃ and 48 hours deposited time, the yield rate of curcumin is more higher than others conditions and reach to 69%.
