摘要
供体的缺乏和移植排斥反应制约了胰岛移植的广泛应用,因此寻找干细胞分化为有功能的成熟胰岛细胞的有效方法日益受到人们的关注,本文将着重对目前在胰腺干细胞增殖分化中所运用的有效方法及存在的问题进行探讨。
The extensive application of pancreatic islet transplantation has been largely hampered by the limited availability of donor islets and graft rejective reaction. So, people increasingly pay close attention to find effective approaches inducing pancreatic stem cells to differentiate to functional ialet cells. In this article,we will review both the effective methods and the existing problems in the proliferation and transdifferentiation of pancreatic stem cells.
