摘要
医学生临床思维能力的培养是医学高等教育的重点和核心,是贯穿教学改革始终的重要内容。本文通过建立和优化解剖“四库”(临床病例教材库、计算机试题库、解剖图片录像库、解剖标本库),从改革解剖教学内容、教学方法、教学手段、考核办法,提高教师素质,建立教学质量反馈机制等方面,探索初步培养学生临床思维能力的方法及可行性。
The training of students' clinical thinking ability is the focal point and core of higher education for medical science, and is also the important content running through the reform in education. Through the establishment and optimization of anatomy “our Libraries”(Clinical Cases Library, Computer Test Library, Anatomical Pictures and Videos Library and Anatomical Specimens Library) , we have explored the method and its feasibility of the preliminary training in students' clinical thinking ability by means of reforming the contents, methods and means of anatomy teaching, system of assessment, improving teachers' quality, and establishing teaching feedback mechanism.
